Earth & Ember

Sacred Space Holders

Two women in an open field performing a spiritual ritual. One woman holds a smoldering ceremonial object; the other holds a large drum with branches attached. Both women wear hats and dark clothing, and the background shows a fence and trees under an overcast sky.

Kindling your soul’s transformation through sacred self-care & alchemical wellness.

Our Approach

Person holding a lit candle in a small decorative holder, the flame illuminating the dark surrounding with a warm glow.

As sacred space holders and lifelong students of embodied practice, we guide others to reconnect with the wisdom of the body, the breath, and the heart.

Drawing upon the ancient wisdom and modern science of Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Sound Medicine, Reiki, and Ayurveda, we create experiences that nurture wholeness, self-awareness, and attunement to body, mind, and spirit.

Our gatherings flow with the rhythms of the seasons and the cycles of the moon, supporting resilience, self-care, and soulful connection.

At Earth & Ember, each offering is an invitation to remember; to rest, to feel, and to return to yourself.

Two women practicing yoga in a rustic wooden room, sitting cross-legged on a rug, with their hands pressed together in a prayer position in front of their faces.

Providing a sacred space to be held, nurtured, and seen.

Be supported, nourished, and guided every step of the way. Leave feeling lighter, brighter, and reconnected to your heart — aligned with nature.
